this will be my first entry here.i make soup for a market in buffalo,ny.a crazy place indeed,top to bottom.not much makes sense to me about how the place is managed or ran.but i can be assured that when i arrive for work,they need soup.each day i make between 30-45 gallons of soup from scratch.yesterday:she crab,apple yam,vegetarian minestrone,and curried coconut pumpkin.this will be good as i can look back to see what i've made,nice!if you live in buffalo and have a soup recipe or soup idea i'll make it.even if you don't live here i'll make it and give you credit in it's name at the store.just as long as i can find the things in it, and it sounds ok it's a go!i work 4 days a week here so thats 12-15 different soups.the nice thing is i can wear my cd player when i work.i enjoy jpop ,kpop, jurban,etc.listening to music is my salvation @work and hearing new artists and new styles keeps it all good.i need to look up shugo now and watch some hockey.all the best!,next time maybe some of the mindless things that i see each day there.
